David Gibson

David practised law from 1972 to 1995 as partner in both medium and small law firms primarily as a commercial property lawyer. He has been an instructor with the Institute since 1995, teaching the LP module of the PLS course both onsite and online.
David wrote and presented a paper on the Requisitions clause in the ADLS standard form ASP to the 1995 Property Law Conference.
From 1999, David has been full time in course design, contributing extensively to course content in most seminars. David developed the Negotiation CD-ROM – with assistance from Cathy Bailey and others, and has been involved in the development of the part-distance online course since 2002.
David has extensive practical experience to draw upon as an instructor and educational designer and supports both trainees and instructors involved with the part-distance course. |
