Professionals onsite

This is the fulltime Professional Legal Studies Course (PLSC) offered by the Institute.

Duration
This course runs for 13 weeks in a continuous block.
Trainees attend Institute premises in the centre of their choosing, every training day.

Training Days
Training days are Monday to Friday (inclusive) each week.
Each training day comprises 6.25 hours of training on-site. The classroom contact hours are from 8.30am to 4.00pm each day, with two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break.

Attendance
Under the Course Regulations, attendance is compulsory throughout the onsite course and for the onsite components of the online course.

Overnight work
Trainees will be required to complete 1.5 – 2 hrs work each day in addition to classroom contact tasks. Any trainees who do not complete that additional work will find it difficult to perform the next day’s classroom tasks.
