The Onsite intakes are 13 weeks full time onsite study. The Online intakes are 19 weeks duration, where 15.5 weeks is part-time online study and 3.5 weeks is onsite study. The 3.5 weeks onsite study is in two blocks: Legal Practice 2 weeks onsite and Litigation 1.5 weeks onsite.

Minimum Class Sizes
The onsite portions of the online intakes (and the onsite intakes) are offered subject to minimum class sizes.
If the onsite portions of an online intake have been withdrawn due to insufficient student numbers, a student may still study with the online portion of the intake, but will need to elect Legal Practice and Litigation onsite course dates offered in their location on a later date.

Flexible Study Dates
A student from any location can do their online study during any one of the 10 scheduled online intakes. See the Summary chart above for all of the available online intake dates. The student will need to elect later Legal Practice and Litigation onsite dates offered in their location. Note that extending the duration of study can affect your eligibility for Student Allowances and Loan for Living Costs and Course related costs. The payment of course fees by Student Loan is not affected by studying with non-standard or extended course dates.
